The advantages of diesel engines
Advantages:
1, long life and economic durability. Diesel engine speed is low, the relevant parts are not easy to aging, parts wear less than gasoline engine, service life is relatively long, no ignition system, less auxiliary electrical appliances, so the failure rate of diesel engine is much lower than gasoline engine.
2. High security. Compared with gasoline, not volatile, ignition point is higher, not easy to be ignited by accident or explosion, so the use of diesel is more stable and safe than the use of gasoline.

3. Low speed and high torque. Diesel engines usually achieve high torque at very low RPM, which is superior to gasoline engines on complex roads, climbs, and loads. However, it is not as good as gasoline cars when it comes to picking up speed and driving at high speeds on the highway.
Disadvantages:
1, the ignition of diesel engine is pressure combustion, compared with gasoline cars, it has no spark plug structure, sometimes due to the lack of oxygen will produce toxic gases, such as NOX toxic gases will be discharged into the air, resulting in pollution. Because of this, diesel cars are equipped with urea tanks that neutralize the toxic gas to prevent it from polluting the atmosphere.
2, the noise of diesel engine is relatively large, which is caused by its own structure, affecting the comfort of passengers. However, with further advances in technology, the noise control of diesel engines in mid – to high-end models is now almost as good as that of car engines.
3. When the temperature is low in winter, if the wrong diesel is selected, the oil pipe will freeze and the diesel engine will not work normally.
